JSON <-> CSV-Konverter

Turn a JSON array (of objects or 2-D arrays) into CSV, or turn CSV back into a JSON array of objects using the first row as the header — handy for moving data between spreadsheets and programs.

Fields containing commas, quotes or newlines are quoted correctly, so the result pastes cleanly into Excel or a database import script.

Features

How to use

  1. Enter a JSON array or CSV text on the left.
  2. Pick the direction on the right.
  3. The result appears instantly; click Copy to take it.

FAQ

How is the header determined for CSV → JSON?

The first CSV row is taken as field names (the header), and each later row becomes one object. Rows with fewer columns than the header get empty strings so the JSON stays structurally complete.

What column order is used for JSON → CSV?

Columns follow the keys of the first object; extra keys from later objects are appended at the end, keeping the table tidy without dropping data.
